JOMBOA Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the JOMBOA mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
JOMBOA is a community and sports management platform that helps groups organize leagues, teams, events, announcements, and participation.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your region) to use the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. You may not use another person’s account without permission.
You agree not to:
Break the law or violate others’ rights
Post unlawful, abusive, hateful, or harassing content
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with the App’s operation (spam, exploitation, scraping)
Upload malware or harmful code
You retain ownership of content you create, but you grant JOMBOA permission to host, store, display, and process it as needed to operate the App.
JOMBOA may review, remove, or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law. If you believe content violates these Terms, report it to support@jomboa.com.
The App is currently free to use. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, we will update these Terms and provide notice before charges apply. Platform purchases (Apple/Google) are subject to their payment and refund rules.
Some features depend on roles (community admin/moderators). Communities may set permissions that control posting and management access.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security and safety.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JOMBOA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may update the App or these Terms. We will update the Effective date and may provide notice for material changes.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JOMBOA from claims arising out of your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support@jomboa.com. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in a court of competent jurisdiction in Minnesota, and either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court.
If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
