Common Topics

I can't log in to my account Make sure you are using the email address you registered with. If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions. A reset link will be sent to your email.

I didn't receive my confirmation email Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, contact us at support@jomboa.com and we will help you verify your account manually.

How do I join a community Open the App and follow the prompts on the no-community screen. You can request access to an existing community by selecting it from the list and submitting a request. A community administrator will review and approve your request.

How do I leave a community Go to More → Settings → Leave Community. Note that if you are the only administrator of a community, you will need to promote another member to administrator before you can leave.

How do I delete my account Go to More → Delete Account in the App, or visit https://www.jomboa.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

I found a bug or something is not working Email us at support@jomboa.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and your operating system version. This helps us reproduce and fix the problem faster.

I want to report abusive content or a user Email support@jomboa.com with details of the content or user you are reporting. We take all reports seriously and will review promptly.
