Account & Data Deletion (JOMBOA)
Effective date: 2026-02-15
To request deletion of your JOMBOA account and associated data, use one of the options below (no app install required for Option B).
Option A — In the App (recommended):
More → Delete Account → follow the prompts.
Option B — Web/Email request:
Email support@jomboa.com with subject: Delete my JOMBOA account
Include: the email tied to your account + community name(s) (if known).

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion.
If you have active subscriptions, cancel them through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before requesting deletion. Deleting your JOMBOA account does not automatically cancel platform subscriptions.
If you are the sole administrator of a community, transfer admin rights to another member before requesting deletion. Otherwise, the community may be archived or removed.
When deletion is completed, we delete:
Your account profile information (email, display name, optional profile fields)
Personal data linked directly to your account where feasible
Community/league historical records (e.g., match history, standings) may be retained in an anonymized or historical form to preserve league integrity, unless removal is feasible and requested.
Records required by law, security, or fraud-prevention needs may be retained.
Typical deletion timeline: within 30 days after verification.
