Delete Your Account
If you would like to permanently delete your JOMBOA account and all associated data, you can do so using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete directly in the App
This is the fastest way to delete your account.
Open the JOMBOA app
Tap More in the bottom navigation
Tap Delete Account
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Option 2 — Submit a deletion request by email
If you are unable to access the App, you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email to support@jomboa.com
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include the email address associated with your JOMBOA account
We will verify your identity and process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your account has been deleted.
What happens when you delete your account
Your account credentials and profile information are permanently deleted
Your community memberships are removed
Content you created — including announcements, match entries, and roster contributions — may remain visible to your community in anonymized form or may be removed depending on the type of content
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed
Before you delete
Please note the following before proceeding:
If you are the only administrator of a community, you must promote another member to administrator before deleting your account. Contact support@jomboa.com if you need help with this.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. If you think you may want to return to JOMBOA in the future, consider simply logging out instead.
